The Popdock Edit Embedded App is a versatile tool that enhances the functionality of the Popdock Salesforce App within Zendesk.  It comes pre-loaded with two widgets for Salesforce and three widget groups for Zendesk.  Each app is thoughtfully pre-configured with tabs, items, fields, details, and actions to streamline the user experience.  Users have the flexibility to configure these apps to better fit their workflow needs.  This includes adding or removing fields to tailor the data displayed, changing labels for clarity and ease of understanding, and adjusting the visibility of details and actions to simplify the interface.  Such configuration capabilities ensure that the Popdock Edit Embedded App can adapt to various business requirements, providing a seamless integration that maximizes efficiency and user engagement.

Begin by logging into your Popdock account at https://login.popdock.com. Popdock will open and display the widgets and connectors for Salesforce and Zendesk.

You can edit the widgets and the connectors by selecting the Edit icon.

Select Account settings to add you company’s address and Locale. You will also see your Account ID and Widget domain here.

Account settings is also where you can manage your tokens. You can create new tokens and see any existing tokens.
